i would say, "mom you gave me too much and it fucked me"

I would tell both my mom and dad that they need to stop being so stubborn and that they've been divorced for 22 years and it's ok for them to not hate each other anymore.

I would have told my mom to treat my dad more lovingly, more respectfully and with more kindness. There is nothing to criticize about my dad..at least as far as being his daughter and his being a great dad.
-
I've already said it to my Mom. My Dad passed away 20+ years ago, so I'm letting that one go.

I have nothing critical to say to my parents..they really did their best to bring me up well.

Already have said it to them, I told them to stop saying racist and sexist comments around me because I hate it and I strongly disagree with them (more so my dad).
-
I can't really think of anything... My parents are amazing and have done a great job!

Smoking is what killed you both and I wish you wouldn't have. I am older now than either one of you ever were, and I expect to have another 30 left. Your brothers and sisters are still with us, and I miss you.

Hrmm.. so many come to mind. To dad: Sticks are for building, no for breaking... on your children. To mom: It's ok to tell him to stop! But this kind of stuff isn't talked about, it's just hidden in the closet.
