The Batcave is Batman's secret headquarters, consisting of a series of subterranean caves beneath his residence, Wayne Manor. It serves as his command centre for both local and global surveillance, as well as housing his vehicles and equipment for the war on crime. It also is a storeroom for Batman's memorabilia. Technically there were three Bat Caves. One under Wayne Manor. One, an abandoned subway tunnel near Bruce Wayne's penthouse apartment. (now, used by The Outsiders. Batman became a member after leaving the Justice league). The third Bat Cave is under the home of Batwoman aka Kathy Kane.
