I don't. As a work-at-homer I just go in the kitchen, make whatever, bring it back to my desk, and keep on answering.

I get from quarter to one until twenty-five to two. so..... fifty minutes.

since i dont have much choice in the matter 30 to 45 min but it would be not at all if i had anything to say about it .

As a STHM, I don't get lunch. I get bites to chew on while standing and chasing the kids. SOmetimes I have to swallow without chewing just to tell them to stop their behavior!! My days of lunch breaks... man, what I wouldn't do to have those 25 minutes back!! Of course, right now I'd settle for 1 meal without interuption!!
