Do you have any strategies/tips for weightwatchers? (for example sticking labels on each food item with the number of points on it)

I have actually written on some packages, after I've figured out the points value, the amount of points. of course, if you buy and WW products, they have the points on the package. I also buy the update Dining Out Companion, AND the Complete Food Companion (which is great because it has point values of brand name foods you buy at the grocery store) every year as they update it all of the time. in fact, the 2008 editions came out last week and I just got them. Those are both big helps, as well as attending the meetings. I'm someone who really needed a lot of support and encouragment to stay motivated and focussed.
