Galactus. From Marvel's strength database (http://www.marveldatabase.com/wiki/index.php/Strength_Scale) his power is listed as incalculable. From what I remember about Galactus from the comics, he would routinely eat entire worlds just to appease his hunger. It is said that if his shell/covering were removed, his power of the stars would be unleashed. He was also one of the most intelligent/cunning beings in the universe, and used to command powerful aides to hold off unworthy adversaries such as the x-men and the fantastic four!

Dark Phoenix was pretty BAD. Magneto is also extremely powerful. His power's limit is hard to tell. If he wanted to he could rip the earth's magnetic field apart.
