I think that people are so into the future that they only care about getting there. If people only stopped running for a short time, they would see the world around them and those in need. People all around the world are really obsesed with power and money. They don't see how many people are affected by their harsh decisions. If we all just take a step back and talk things over, there woould be less wars and more happiness. No one really can't see if someone might need kindness because they have too much self-pity. I hope this answers your question.
