Nope, it not okay. Yes, it's still unsafe. Have a nice day.

Yes it's still unsafe. Having unprotected sex at any point is unsafe, because of the pre-ejaculate. Men let out fluid before they actually cum, and that fluid contains sperm, just not as much. It is possible to get pregnant from that. Even if he comes close to your vagina and not in it, some sperm can still make their way up. Not to mention without a condom there is no way to prevent STDs
-
that is just stupid of course it is unsafe your b/f could be releasing sperm throughout sex (although it doesnt feel like it)even after he ejaculates he is still releasing a little and u could get pregnant all the time......
-
There's this thing called pre-cum that doesn't contain as much sperm, but still contains some. Let me just put it this way - It's unsafe.
-
yes it is still extremely unsafe, the chances of pregnancy are nearly as high as they would be if he came inside u, not a very good idea at all
-
If he still has semen on his penis, you could get pregnant.

The only way to have safe sex that is 100% is to not have sex at all. Any time you have sex you are taking a risk. The only way to reduce the risk of STD is using protection. A condom and knowing how to put a condom on is huge. Never forget to pinch the tip of a condom before putting it on to leave room for the sperm to enter so it doesn't bust. AND EVERYONE REMEMBER!.... this one is huge.... IF at first you put the condom on backwards DO NOT FLIP IT AROUND!!!!!!!!!!. Throw the condom away. Because this increases your risk of pregnancy.

My first two kids were born that way, wear a condom before and at afterwords. Stuff still comes out after slowly. Best to be on the pill.

very simple ans unsafe is unsafe...
-
yes, but the chances are highest when he cums in you. If he pulls out there's a very slight chance that there was sperm in his pre-cum, but it's never been scientifically proven that pre-cum has sperm in it. However when he cums the first time make sure he urinates before putting it back in, otherwise there will still be sperm in his penis which will get pushed in the second time.
