Help answer this question below.

I'm alwase hungry... what's the problem? Even if I eat a lot of fibers, fruits and végétables, I'm hungry. I drink a lot of wather and exercices every day : I'm still hungry... it's horrible :(

    add meats and fats to your diet. those are the fillers, along with fiber. if you are still hungry, talk to your doctor.

    I would see a doctor before trying anything. You could have a pituitary problem, or worms or any number of problems that involve feeling hungry. Best to find out everything is ok before changing diets.

    You need protein, try adding chicken or tuna to your diet. A spoonful of peanut butter is a good snack. You need to eat your healthy meals just smaller and more frequently through the day so you don't have a chance to feel empty.

    Add more fat to your diet... and dark chocolate.

    The cruel irony is you'll be less hungy, will eat less, and yet will probably put on wait.
