  • Add more fat to your diet... and dark chocolate. The cruel irony is you'll be less hungy, will eat less, and yet will probably put on wait.
  • You need protein, try adding chicken or tuna to your diet. A spoonful of peanut butter is a good snack. You need to eat your healthy meals just smaller and more frequently through the day so you don't have a chance to feel empty.
  • I would see a doctor before trying anything. You could have a pituitary problem, or worms or any number of problems that involve feeling hungry. Best to find out everything is ok before changing diets.
  • add meats and fats to your diet. those are the fillers, along with fiber. if you are still hungry, talk to your doctor.
