Help answer this question below.
i am a ski and snowboard instructor i think initially (first 3 or 4 times out) most people would find skiing easier after that it is hard to say i found boarding easier to improve at, skiing becomes very technical (your inside sholder is to low, your outside shouldre is to far back, your knee moved to soon or to late,ect..ect..) this is not to in any way minimize the skill or technic it takes to ride a rail or do a 360 in the half pipe not even to mention 520s and big air jumps. The question should not be which is easier but which path you should take to get you to your destination! i am a much beter skier but even at 50 years old i would much rather hang in the terain park with the kids than ski with a bunch narcissistic intellects on skies
Initially snowboarding is harder. But once you get into it, skiing is much more technical and precise.
snowboarding takes more skill cause u cant move your feet really much at all and it takes a lot of skill to carve through trees mogles ect.. and the fact of just getting up
Honestly, iv never done either; though it is one of my ambitions to take up snowboarding some time. I would imagine skiing is more difficult.
I think snowboarding. I can ski, but can't snowboard!
I can tell you what they dont take....Size 16 shoe!
