No, not unless someone talks about putting boogers in other people's food or something. "Things" put in other people's food offends the hell outta me.

I don't like the word, so we use moquito. It is the Spanish equivalent.

I'm calling the Booger Police!! You said boogers!

No, it doesn't offend though I do wonder why people enjoy talking about them so much. It's not like they are as interesting as bacon! Did you know that there is a brand new book all about Bacon? That makes two that I know about. "The Bacon Cookbook" and "Seduced by Bacon"

Oh yes. I find talking about boogers to be horribly offensive. Anyone who openly speaks of things that MAY or MAY NOT be directly or indirectly related to boogers should be ashamed of themselves.

I am going to go through all of AB's archived questions and answers now, and flag all of the ones referring to any sort of nasal critters as "OFFENSIVE".

    :-)

I'd like to start off my answer with a quote from God knows who:
"An issue is a tissue with a booger in it."
So, no, boogers do not offend me when it comes to joking around. But, if I were in public and noticed someone picking their nose over the age of 8, I'd be grossed out a bit. If people are going to pick their nose, I hope they choose to do it privately. I do it behind closed doors, but the world doesn't have to watch me!
