Yes, they certainly did, without a doubt. Winslow WAS pushed out. It was a “bang bang” play that the official called wrong. You can not reverse that call. There is talk the N.F.L. is fixing to modify that rule in the off season.

It should have been ruled a touchdown in my opinion, but Edwards' touchdown catch for the Browns earlier in the game should have been ruled downed by contact at about the 20, which the officials somehow failed to pick up even after viewing video replays. So it's all swings and roundabouts, you win some you lose some, you can't have your cake and eat it and many other cliches too. Luck evens itself out.
