  • I would hold my tongue. I try to give people respect.
  • Gosh yes! But I generally hold my peace as long as their "wrong" thoughts are not going to hurt them or anyone else.
  • You're talking about correcting someone in private, right? It is incredibly rude to correct someone in public. How do we ever learn anything, unless someone helps us see right from wrong? If someone takes every single correction and constructive criticism personally, I would soon find lots of reasons not to be around this tiresome person.
  • I'm afraid that sometimes my mouth or my typing fingers work faster than my brain.
  • All the time. I hear people say things that I have to take a second to even understand what the heck they are even talking about! I suppose it depends on what it is they are talking about, and what they mean, and the context of the situation. If it's something that could give them some problems later I'll probably try to correct them. If it's something that's really not that big of a deal, I might let it slide.
  • I don't correct people who don't know me .i only correct people who know me ....so guess they understand me :-)
