I took an 8mg suboxone and exactly 2 weeks later I was tested for it and was shocked when I found out that I tested positive. I do not take it regularly so it wasn't built up in my system and I hadn't taken anything at all in that 2 week period before I was tested. Good Luck!

I've been taking it for 3years so it stays with me for a good while, but generally speaking 1 dose, 8mg will last in your system for about 7 days tops. IF you are having a standars 4 system drug screening (job employment) it will not show up.
