MY KENWOOD VR-405 ALSO DOES THE SAME THING. I WAS WONDERING HOW YOU GO ABOUT CHECKING THE POWER SUPPLY AND POWER AMP CHIPS.

I would like to know if it is possible to connect a flash drive into my old kenwood receiver. I've stored a lot of music in my flash drive and I would like to know how to connect the USB flash drive?

I have a Kenwood VR 507 Reciever I bought at a garage sale that works for about 5 minutes and then shuts down. It "appears" to be overheating and shutting down. How would a do it yourselfer (DIY) start to go about fixing it?
