Before I retired I wore a uniform for over 30 years and I wore it with pride. Some versions were more comfortable than others.

My dress code requires me to wear any kind of blue or green polo shirt of top and / or blue jeans or kaki (sp?) pants. I work for Wal-Mart, so they prefer you dress nicely and not like a slob.

Yes I do, and its OK.

No. I would never work there. I have talked to some people who worked as live-in maid/nanny girls when they were young girls in their late teens/early 20's and one of the things they disliked the most were the uniforms (like blouses and skirts, aprons and high-healed shoes) the employers required the girls to wear.

Yes. I find it tedious and tiresome but it pays the rent.

I could not imagine working in a place that did not have a uniform.

My employer makes me wear these wierd clothes with digital stuff on them called ACU's. It also has my name tag and another tag that says "U.S. Army" on it. It's pretty easy to wash so I don't mind it.

I work at Target where we wear red shirts and khaki pants or skirts. I actually like it.
