First, keep your finger out of your nose. dirty hands transfer germs from your hands to your nose. second, use hydrogen peroxide to clean the area. third, on a q-tip, place neosporin and and rub the inside of your nose. this works. will take 2 or 3 days.

Be very careful of any type of sore on or near the nose. infections in this area can develope into a serious blood infection.

Tea tree oil helps a lot, maybe after hot compresses.

I would rinse with saline and then dab some neospprin or tea tree oil up in there. And don't pick your schnozzola with dirty fingers. That can cause a zit up in there. Wash before you pick if pick you must (and everyone does it at some point).

I haven't tried it but im going to try this next time cause they have great products. Burts Bee's Blemish Stick Also it has Tea tree oil in it. Products with Tea Tree oil are wonderful! If anyone has Dandruff Paul Mitchell Tea Tree shampoo is wonderful. Here is the Burts Bees Link.

this is the BEST way to take care of a pimple and fast! I did this and with in a couple of minutes the redness of the pimple decreased and by the next morning it was totally gone!
1st thing you do is clean the affected area with hot water and a washcloth.
2nd take hot sause and ketchup and mix them together.
3rd dab a little of the hot sause and kechup on your pimple. I know it sounds wierd but trust me it works!
the hot sause causes the pimple to open the head and the ketchup soothes it. This really works!

You could try hot compresses. Take a washcloth and run hot water on it. Wring it out and place it on the area. Repeat several times. Sometimes the heat and moisture will bring it to a head so it can open.

Please just keep the area clean and do not put anything inside your nose. Just keep it clean.

My advice is to leave it well alone, don't pick it, touch it or put anything on it. Inside your nose are very sensitive membranes which are easily aggravated. In a day or two your pimple should clear up all on its own.

I'm confused. I have this problem right now and about half of the people I know tell me that the only way it's going to get better is to just leave it alone, which makes sense and has worked before. And then the other half of people tell me to basically spend my whole day washing it and putting creams and remedies and medications on it, which makes sense and has worked before. But what I did this morning in the shower was take a cup full of warm water and soap and poured it into my nose which kinda worked, and then I put Neosporin in it afterwards and that worked a bit also. But otherwise, I'm clueless, please help!
