That's a brace/support used for scoliosis treatment, right? I've never seen anyone wearing one, regardless of race/color/ethnicity. Perhaps they're just not very common around here.

My neighbor builds Milwaukee braces for a lab in the twin-cities and he tells me that about half of his clients and either Black,Hispanic or Asian,but mostly black ,and he builds about four a week,and as a matter of fact he built me a couple too
