Totally unfair. It's no different than having an ear piercing.

It is unfair as long as they adhere to the dress code. Some places have a more conservative policy than others and workers have to obey the standards if they want to keep their jobs. As long as the employee isn't all littered with piercings then I can't see anything wrong with one or at most two facial piercings. This is just a fact of the society we live in.

Absolutely not! Just because someone chooses to put jewelry in a different place on their own body does not take away from their ability to do their job as good as or better than the next 'pierceless' person. I had to take out all 4 of mine. (A monroe, two Angel Kiss and a brow). P*ssed me off!
