Trying to find a song from the late 60's - early 70's. Think the title is "who's that clown?". A kickin' song as I recall. Would love to find out who the artist is and for that matter, does it ring a bell with anyone?

It sort of rings a bell....could it be "Clown" by Flock? Do you have any more lyrics? I'm sorry if this doesn't help, but that was the first thing that came to mind.
