If you have a lower lumbar in your spine that is totally turned around, as I do, is it possible to get surgery? Or is it too risky?

It is possible, but they don't like to do this type of surgery on younger people. If your quality of life is poor and surgery would improve it a lot, they will discuss it with you and the odds are much better that you could have surgery. It is basically a judgement call for the surgeons. See more than one to get a good idea of options and possible outcomes.
