I have a 1991 Honda Accord and the dash lights do not come and the tail lights do not work. What could be the problem?

    The dash lights not working are a secret Honda message telling you your tail lights are out. This phenomenon is also seen when the brake light fuse is blown, the car will not shift out of park.
    I am thinking that this is top-secret information because we have not found it in any manual (though very useful to know, don't you think?)... be careful who you tell!

    Check your fuses, bulbs, and trace the wiring to make sure all connections are tight
