Well no if you look at the syntax and vocabulary rules, it wouldn't work. It's like saying the opposite is the same. But getting the underlying sense, let me say this ; abnormality in social terms is normal at certain ages especially the teens. Especially when you try to forge your own identity, you sometimes do abnormal things and it is totally acceptable and healthy.
