There are many things called abominations. As far as the King James Bible, there are 69 things called an abomination. That number came from a single word search on abomination, and a Bible software program. Also "creeping things" like snakes. water animals that have no scales (eels, for example) -sacrificing an animal to God that is blemished in any way, also eating the flesh of an animal that has been sacrificed to God (it should be burned completely) -taking on the customs of other religions -serving other gods -making an idol, or taking silver or gold from the idol of another religion (or taking the idol itself, obviously) -haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that hurry to run to evil, a lying witness who testifies falsely, and one who sows discord in a family. -Lying lips/ liars/ other variations thereof. -Diverse weights and diverse measures, also referred to as differing weights, false scales, perfect and just measures. Technically it's not homosexual activity that's an abomination. It's "a man lying with another man like you would with a woman", ergo: not in the missionary position. It is good for a man not to TOUCH a woman (1 Cor. 7:1)
