No. I have never tipped a mail delivery person. My mom was friendly with the mailman who would sometimes bring prescriptions to the door for my elderly grandmother and she bought him a christmas gift one year.

I rarely see the mailwoman , and do not see the need to tip them anyway. They are just doing their job like everyone else.If I started tipping them I should morally tip everyone else.
