Neutral to negative. It is fine for someone who wants to sell item here and there but otherwise as a supplier of items for your business, you can get better deals direct from the same companies that supply SMC with their products.
Let me tell you i purchased a SMC wskp1000 from a local store in DUnmore, PA brand new in the box i was there when they received the shipment from their supplier so kinda the reason i purchased it something new and i was first. Well i by mistake selected the wrong language so i called support to help since i can't read Chinese . Well instructed me they don't support that model anymore guess what i am up shit creek they are the worst company to deal with and their support department sucks...
How about American's get together and not buy from companies that deal with India for tech support really its getting old now

I tried them back in 2000 and the quality of products was so poor I dropped them in a week with a personal trip to their warehouse in southern California.
