Seems logical to assume because all life on this planet shares a common DNA basis. Our vertebrate evolutionary line can be traced back to reptiles and further back to fish, so what is the problem. If you're asking do all humans have genes that show some degree of conservation between humans and reptiles, then yes, absolutely.
