  • Will power. Or stop buying it. Or switch to apple juice.
  • Limit yourself to 4 cokes a day for 3 days. Then pour 3 cokes into a large container and top it up with water. After 3 days limit yourself to 2 cokes in that container, topped up with water. Another 3 days, go down to 1 coke, topped up in the container with water. You will be drinking water slightly coke flavoured as you wean yourself off the caffeine and the sugar. You will mostly miss all the fluid if you just cut back on coke and don't replace it with water....and you will feel dehydrated and crave coke. Good luck!
  • Make a new rule. Before you are allowed to have a coke you must have a tall glass of cold water. Just try it!
  • try coke zero-its pretty good. that will start getting you off the sugar buzz. next comes caffeine-that would be diet decaf coke....gag..that where i am.
  • Replace the urge for Coke with Concord Grape Juice by Welch's. I kicked a 7 year Coca Cola addiction instantly last week. It's been amazing. (Must be something in the grape juice that my body was trying to get from Coke.)
  • Your not an addict until you go to the gas station at 11:00 PM just to pick up a six pack of soda. Im there, I know. Heres what you do by a brand thats similar, but you fricken hate, then when you get used to it, dont buy coke....buy another brand you fricken hate. Eventually you'll reject it. Thats how I quit drinkin alcohol. Im alcohol free now. But thats because I wanted to quit. I dont want to quit the pepsi. I loves it!!
