  • You should not be worrying about loosing weight just yet... enjoy the end of your pregnancy and your baby! if you are planning to breast feed then you will naturally loose weight as you will be using up calories feeding your baby. If you just eat wholesome, well balanced nutritiously good food, then you will not have to worry about dieting or anything like that. If you are planning on dieting it may be harmful as if you do not receive enough nutrition and calories, then you may be putting your baby at risk and your milk may dry up. Just make sure you are eating healthily and perhaps take baby out for a nice walk every day in his/her pushchair so that you both get fresh air, and you will get some exercise.   • well, breastfeeding burns up to 550 calories.but, i would not worry about loosing to much weith to fast. not only will it be bad for you but, also for your baby if you are palnning ot breastfeed. just continue to eat healthy and take good care of your self. 16 pounds isnt a lot honestly to loose you will loose it no time breastfeeding and eating right.
