Rarely. Just because someone else has something is no reason for me to envy them. If I can't get something on my own, I either don't deserve it, haven't tried hard enough, or it might not be destined for me, and being jealous of someone else having it is just foolish.

Are you getting a full 8 hours of rejuvenating sleep? Are you healthy and fully ambular? Are you able to write checks and not worry about them bouncing? If so, yes - I am jealous...MUCH. But otherwise, nope.
