    i work in a conferance center and we deal with a lot of hindu/indian weddings, and from my experiance there are normally around 250 to 400 guests.

    Indians have been stereotyped as inviting everyone they know to a wedding, which for the most part is true. I don't know exact numbers, but from all of the weddings I have been to, I would say around 300-400 people.
