Why are so many young boys (12-17 y/o) so promiscuious these days?

What do you mean "these days"? They aren't any different from the time when I was growing up, except there is more education available about it, and much of that from the TV news and "entertainment programs". Youthful promiscuity might seem new to you, but it has been around for a long time, and not just among boys. Lust is an equal opportunity emotion.

Are they more promiscuous or just more open about it. I would have thought that it would need the young girls to be the same. I do not really know but are they really any more promiscuous than our generation?. I know I always found the general standard of morals amongst our own generation pretty shocking. Since I do not really have that much knowledge of the specified age group I cannot really give an informed opinion.,

Parenting issues here. No guidance, moral training, or leadership by example is given by. It is easy to be biological parents but raising children is definitely a lost art.

Well as long as I've been male, I've listened to young males lie about how promiscuous they are. I doubt that has changed "these days". They also pretend to be taller than reality by wearing thick soles.
