The UK because it has been apart of the UK for longer than anyone alive can remember, we won the war and most importantly of all, because the people choose to be apart of the UK and not Argentina.

the UK because we have done for 300years and the 3000 people living there wont to remain British, and argientina have no real clam on them

I say put the issue on a ballot that includes autonomy as an option and let the Falklanders vote on it.

Most people seem to think the UK should, but who did the UK steal it from in the first place? They may call it colonisation, but that's really just a euphemism for invasion. There is no legitimate claim the British could have over these islands. However, at this stage, if most of the population there are British, then maybe they should decide.
