Milk is good for you but if thats all your gonna eat i recomend you eat meat, fish, salads with that i dont think ull get all the energy you need by only drinking milk.
NOTE: milk is healthy just not only milk. Milk cant be only food you wont get all energy needed with it. i know about this stuff im a personal trainer and a meal recommender i know about this.

the healing properties in milk often helped with fighting disease
now a days though to much milk with some medications can lead to bad outcomes
i chugged 4L of skim milk in 50mins b4, i wouldnt suggest consuming just milk lol, it is quite painful as it lowers your body temperature and the bacteria in milk turns your stomach upside down
