  • Sounds coincidental. However, this is another sad case of a general question. Your problem description is good, but what vehicle? A 1906 Ford Model A? A 93 Impala? An 03 Carrera? Stick? Auto? 3.0L? Diesel? Gas? You need to provide a lot more info before I can give you a good answer.
  • Getting your oil changed will not cause this problem...at all...it would be the same as saying that you topped up the washer fluid and now it stalls more.
  • could be faulty battery cables, or even the alternator is going bad.take it back to the shop maybe they knocked something loose.
