What's the point? Wouldn't you be better of with a nice salad?
-
Indeed it is. If you do not want meat, you might want to order those cheese sticks or those salads they have :) They might even have those grilled cheese sandwiches or other meat-free meals (like the fish one for instance or etc)
-
I think it's weirder to go into Burger King and ask for a burger without the buns...
-
When I lived in Greece,as a vegetarian,I would order gyros without the lamb.I did not find that weird.
-
If you prefer it that way then whos to say its weird?
-
Yes it is. What really matters is the meat. Anyone can buy a bun, lettuces and some ketchup. The price of a burger would go down by 70% if there were no meat.
-
Well, is their meat in a burger king burger in the first place?
-
Not at all (or I guess I'm just weird). I don't eat red meat and often find myself going to fast food joints for lunch with co-workers or hubby. I don't much care for the chicken sanwiches and salads don't fill me up so I get burgers without meat!!
-
When my son was 2 I would take him to McDonalds & thats how he would want his, bun & cheese no meat. As he got older he wanted bun & cheese & pickle no meat. Now at 16 he likes them with meat but still plain only pickle. Never could figure out why he didn't like meat when he was younger but I didn't push it.
-
Well, not very cost effective since the meat is most of what you pay for, but hey, if that's how you like your sandwich, it's like they say. "have it your way". However, their Veggie Burger is actually very decent.
-
No weirder than it is to order just the meat paddy.
-
yes
-
no, my niece orders that all the time, she still gets the bun with cheese, chips and a toy... so whats the harm? lessen the chance of getting mad cow disease?
-
Not at all. I've known several people to do that, even one that ordered it no bun, just meat.
-
My sister gets a Whopper extra everything hold the meat. Yes it's weird.
-
nah. ive never done it at burger king but i used to go to mcdonalds and order a big mac with no meat all the time. so good.
-
You get locked up in the psychiatric ward for 5 days of observation for that under the Baker Act.
-
well, it isn't really a burger without meat, is it?
-
Not really. I work at Burger King and people order it all the time. Personally, if I were a vegitarian, I would just order the veggie burger.
-
veggi burger.be careful,it's not sold a lot. so it is risky to eat it.the result can be a pissing diarrhoea.
-
Most sell Veggie Burgers. I wonder if they would give you a discount. What do you do, say "I would like a Whopper, hold the meat" You could get more than you bargained for if the clerk is male.
-
Absolutly
-
My friend used to do that because she was a vegetarian. She got usually strange looks from the person who took the order, but she didn't care.
-
That's very interesting, but it allows the cows population to skyrocket to obscene levels.
-
probably, but who cares, order what ever you like
-
Yeah cause a burger without meat isn't even a burger.
-
Yes, I've worked a lot of fast food and can count on one hand the number of times a customer has ordered like that. Same goes for no bun. I used to fix them that way for myself though. Especially when I was the one cooking the meat all day! And like others said it's not cost effective. But that shouldn't stop you. Embrace your uniqueness! Don't be afraid to be you! Order what you want!
-
That's called a "veggie burger" you jumentous dullard.
