I don't know. If I know it's the wrong category, I wouldn't place it there. I don't know if there is a way to find out if your questions have been moved other than just checking on them individually.

I don't really ask many questions but I try to put them in the correct category if possible. I usually don't pay much attention to what category other people put their questions in either.

Not very often at all because I don't ask many questions and when I do ask one, I try hard to put it in the right category because it offends some people.

Intentionally never. I have had questions relocated to other categories because someone else felt as though they knew what I meant when I asked it. It makes me paranoid going back and seeing a question recategorized.

All the time. Sometimes I can't find the category I want. Sometimes I don't know what category I want. Sometimes my question could fit under more than one category. Mostly, I'm just too lazy to care.

Me? Rarely ever, I have explored many of the categories here,I think I have a decent understanding of them and If I am not sure, I just go outside the bag, and hope maybe someone will put it in its right spot!
