You doing it with the same person?

It could be several things. Some theories, see if any of these make sense: - you have a mild case of thrush or some other infection. - you're doing it a lot. Even if you like anal sex it's best to limit it to once a week or so - it is possible to cause damage down there a lot easier than with vaginal sex. You may have torn something slightly and you need to give it a chance to heal. Leave off for a few weeks and then try again. - Conversely you haven't done it for a while and you just need to get used to it again. Use more lube. - you're doing it with a new guy and he has a much bigger dick than the last one. He probably needs to take it a bit gentler, use more lube and accept that he may never get the whole thing in. - the guy you're doing it with has got a bit too enthusiastic - tell him to calm down a bit! - you've changed the lube, or stopped using it. change back - you were using condoms, and you've stopped now. Somethimes the barrier makes the whole thing easier. - you're tense. And your body is showing it - there might be some stress in the relationship somewhere that's reflected in involuntary muscle tightening.
