  • I wasnt really losing weight but was busting my ass at the gym I guess the fat turned to muscle But to answer you question this is how i did it On feb 28 My birthday... I made a list like this (find a small mark, or scar or something that makes sure you measure exact spot every time on your body even a little freckle will do Buy a sewers measuring tape and use the back side not the inch side.. 1. above the knee I wraped it around and yuk it was 43 2.hips make sure you find some mark to get same spot 101 3.tummy I used belly button for that mark 88.3 4thigh 5.arm about 3 inches up from your elbow 6 chest below breast. 7.above chest Dont forget the same spots are important and I measure ever 6 weeks Just cause I feel more motivated every time the numbers get smaller Hope that helps and good luck!
