I hope its still under warranty!!! It could be that theres a fault with the battery...Or that the connection between the two halves of the phone is messed up (thats a flip phone right?) I know that cingular and t-mobile called back many of their razr phones due to technical difficulties so that may be worth looking into.

Sorry Moonmad but your completely off (from my experience). This is most likley something to do with the motherboard, water damage, cracked ect. Otherwise its a software problem. Either way have it repaired or replaced under warranty. If you have none take it to a phone repair shop. Personally tho, if theres any physical damage with the V3 its almost cheaper to get a new phone. And i would recommend doing so, V3 = shyt.

Thanks guys, that's what I was afraid of. This is my daughters phone, so I don't know if "water" or "being dropped" had anything to do with it or not. I finally got it to boot up, now I get the "Bootloader USB INIT" message and then just sits there and won't do anything. Is that a good sign or not? Oh well, dosen't matter, it's still under warranty, I called and they're gonna replace it. thanks again
