The Acta of Cecilia said: "While the profane music of her wedding was heard, Cecilia was singing in her heart a hymn of love for Jesus, her true spouse." http://saints.sqpn.com/saintc04.htm She was a martyr and is the patron saint of martyrs and poets. For some reason she is also the patron saint of Omaha Nebraska. Regards
