Yep. Go ahead and laugh. I wear my clan tartan gear at all our Scottish games and festivals, like everybody else around here. I even have a Claymore sword that goes with it, ...for smart alecks who make fun of the kilt. Oh, I wear underwear with mine. (lol!)

No im female and although females do wear them its practiced by mostly men,my hubby and son wear them to occasions such as weddings/school prom etc...heres some pics of my 'big' son in his going to last years school prom...

many a time big yin, i am scottish & attended my friends wedding as an usher for the guest so you wear kilt, sporran etc etc:)

A guy I dated was big into them. Once, rather than letting me borrow a robe to duck past his room mate and into the bathroom, he insisted I were one of his kilts. I don't see the appeal (on me).
