Only if ya gotta clean it up. No. you can't undo the past. Go on, try to do better, and not repeat the mistake.

only in two cases: 1. there is no more water or other drinks on the planet and you will die of hydration and that bottle of milk was your last chance at survival. 2. it was magic milk just for you to give you comic book powers but now you will stay as normal as the rest of us because you cant drink it because you spilt it.

No! This is a saying that one should not ponder on something that has already happened and cannot be changed. People allow things to affect them even when these things are out of their control!
