i'd say they are pretty fucking good if you're using an actual rope! for starters, you should be using a bungee cord. secondly, if you don't know which type and length to use properly (among other safety measures), you shouldn't be screwing around with such things...

depends on the compant doing it. the origonal company for bungee jumping (do it off an incomplete bridge desinged by eiffel) their goal is to have you touch the water below and they have NEVER had an accident.
