The better would be to change you life structure, and organize it so that you have possibilities to meet people. You could also first meet people online if there are no interesting possibilities to meet people in some activities where you live.

I'm so busy, I rarely have time to go out anywhere either, but I always seem to have a girlfriend around. I just bump into them through work, or online, or the places I frequent, I mean you aren't completely housebound are you? If not, I suppose you could become more active. If that's your picture you seem like a good looking girl, I wouldn't worry about it much.

Try some online dating stuff and just concentrate on the local guys. It might not work but it's better than nothing.
