Well, first you're going to need to purchase a small race track. I would suggest approaching the city fathers of some small rural town somewhere and look into leasing a track for maybe, like one day, ok. Next, you will need some drivers of your cars. You might get some mexican day workers or maybe you can hire day labor out of some union shop to drive the cars to this race track you've leased. Lastly, you will need a 'starter' of the race. You cold do this yourself and you could also be the judge should there be a tie. Also, you can introduce the race - I would suggest you use a bull horn.
