  • Probably once a week, but only because I have about 1 square metre of it growing prolifically (?) in my garden.
  • I occasionally add it to curries, but other than that, never :)
  • I only use fresh baby spinach in salads and quiche. Other than that, I can't think of anything else I've used it in.
  • When I can. It's nummy, but I have no idea how to cook it or keep it. So when I use it, it's usually that the cafeteria is serving spinach and something else, and I'll mix it into my "something else"- baked potato, pasta...
  • No more than 2 or 3 times in my life.
  • I like to saute spinach or baby spinach, cook it into eggs or use it in salads. I was just told by my doctor, though, that I have too much iron in my system, so it's no more spinach for a while.
  • Not very often. I use it in about 4 dishes. 1. Creamy spinach and cheese dip. I hoil the spinach then sautee it with onions and butter. I melt in 1 package of cream cheese and a bag of shredded mozzerella cheese. 2. Spinach stuffed chicken breasts. You basically sautee spinach and mix it with parmesan and ricotta. Then you split a chicken breast and stuff the mix inside before baking. 3. Field greens salad with baby spinach. Served with pesto vinaigrette. 4. Chicken panini. Grilled chicken breast sandwich on italian bread with baby spinach leaves, grilled tomatoes, and provolone cheese.
  • I would love to use it more but my husband mostly only likes it raw. I used to make a great spinach puff that was really good. I do sometimes get a veggie pizza that has spinach on it. yummy. now I'm hungry.
  • At least 3 times a month or more in summer when I have fresh spinach available.
