"I've got a Ferreri, I don't care!" that is what some fans were cheering during England Croatia game, meaning the players dont care about England, only money! I tend to agree! What do you think?

Partially but it is about more than that. The buck needs to stop with the English media for baying for an English Manager and ensuring no-one of any class would touch the job with a barge pole. The media have managed England by proxy for years now and when the headlines are screaming tomorrow I for one will be pointing the finger directly at the media. :)

Read today's Daily Mail and compare it with tomorrow's. I thought they put heart and soul into it, but that McClaren made exactly the same mistake that his predecessor made at the World Cup and chose an alien system. We never do any good with a lone striker, even though Peter Crouch is temperamentally better suited to that role than Wayne Rooney will ever be. Our downfall was tactics, rather than commitment.
