green tea has caffeine.

As Apache mentioned, green tea does have caffeine. However, it may not be listed in the ingredients because it is not added to the tea. It is already in the tea. However, we don't know that caffeine is the reason why we are not supposed to drink tea. It was classified as a hot drink in the Word of Wisdom because that was how it was served in that time. It also does not matter whether it is hot or cold. We are counseled against drinking it.

All tea is against the Word of Wisdom. It doesn't matter the temperature or the type (back, green, oolong, etc) as long as it's made from the Camellia sinensis plant. Nor does it matter how healthy it is. As Glenn pointed out, we don't know the reason for the tea prohibition.

I feel like if that's the worst thing you are doing, then you are fine. If you decide to drink green tea, it's between you and the Lord.

Green tea being against the WoW is speculation. Official church policy is black tea, not the entire plant. After all beer is banned, but the grains used to make it are good for you, until fermentation. The same for green vs. black (fermented) tea? Don't know. But, as directed by the First Presidency, you can and should exercise your judgment on matters not in the letter of the law, such as to whether you drink green tea or not. Like Coke, chocolate, eating meat when its not winter or famine, it is a personal decision.
