Yes I do. But generally I search for my images when I need one. But there are few I snag and wait for the right question to post it in an answer.

I'm very organized, I have "A," "B," "C" folders, etc., and each one contains folders named by the general subject of the pictures they contain. I go through every once in a while to straighten up. I don't have a designated folder for pictures I upload to AB, but most that I end up uploading come from the "Random" folder located in the "R" folder, in "My Pictures." (I'm rambling a lot tonight. Heh, sorry.)
