    I am not certain yet, but I think that some wounds do NOT heal ever, not for as long as a person lives at least. I only KNOW that in my own case, I have some "spiritual wounds" that are still yet to be healed after 40 years, I do not expect them to ever heal. So, based on my personal experience, some spiritual wounds never heal.
